Natural arch rock formation known as Devil's B...Image via Wikipedia

Good Morning,

Just a quick update, I will be out of town for the next two weeks. I am going to Virginia Beach to watch my grandchildren while my son and wife are on vacation. It will be a great time for me and the kids!!! We have lots of fun things planned.

As for tours....keep e-mailing me at darlene6@cox.net...I check that daily and will help you with any information you may need.

I am gearing up for the tours and meditation. I have a few little gifts for you as we tour the beautiful red rock sights of Sedona.

I hope that you will let me know if you would like to book a tour so that I can have enough gifts to bring. I will not able to replenish when I am out there.

Wishing you all a great summer day!

Many blessings,

darlene

More on Sedona for upcoming trip

Good Morning,
I hope you were able to view the full moon last evening. Here on the Gulf Coast of Florida, it was spectacular! I was able to sit for some time and meditate. Amazing!
Anyhow, this morning we had a light shower to clear the air and refresh ourselves as it has been hot and balmy for the past few days.

To continue on with ideas and thougths about the upcoming Sedona trip, I would like to mention that those folks that would love to take a little tour of Sedona areas, but not necessarily go to vortexes, please sign up. As I understand, many of the participants going on the retreat are going to hear the "Guides" and just enjoy Sedona's natural beauty without getting into any metaphysical stuff.....I will certainly tour with you and give the general information without all of the extra stuff....just let me know. I can work it any way that is comfortable for you.
Remember...I am there for YOU......I can tell you any information that you would like.

I has spend a great deal of time in Sedona, I know many people, have been on a myriad of tours and have hiked miles and miles with family, local friends, and with all of the retreats that I host there during the year. So, please just ask. Of course, there are many, many folks that live in the area and you may feel more comfortable with a local. I do understand! Whatever you choose, I hope that you will take a tour and enjoy all that Sedona has to offer! There is so much to do and see without the metaphysical!
While there in Sedona, I hope you will head out to Slide Rock and do some swimming or walking on the rocks. It is refreshing and a nice place to have a picnic out in nature. It is just up the hill on 89A. You can then go up further on 89A and at the top before Flagstaff, stop at the rest stop on the right hand side and enjoy and buy some beautiful Native American jewelry. I always buy some great things from there. Always a great place to buy things to take home to friends.

Another really fun thing to do is sign up for a balloon ride. OMG.....so amazing to see Sedona early morning...breathtaking and so quiet!!!!!
One last thing......about eating in Sedona.....there is plenty of great food. Let me know what you like and I will be glad to give you some ideas on places to eat. I personally love the Wildflower at the Hyatt for a quick lunch......and great take out. Also the locals love the "CoffeePot" resturant on 89A, but go early, as the parking and theplace fill fast!!!!

More tomorrow.
Many blessings and looking forward to a most awesome Sedona trip!
See you there!
I believe there are still some spaces left if you would like to join us.
Go to Mary Jo McCabe's website and read all about it!
love ya,
darlene

More on Sedona for upcoming McCabe Retreat

Good Morning Friends,

It won't be long before we are in Sedona for the retreat.

I thought I would give you a few ideas on things to do in Sedona.

Altho, Sedona is a small town, there a variety of activities to partake in even if you are not into vortexes, hiking, and or personal enrichment.

There a variety of golf resorts, shopping in uptown, Tlaquepaque, and fine art galleries, great resturants, and a host of outdoor activities, like balloon adventures, train rides, and pink jeep tours. No matter what you do in Sedona, it will be fun and a step back into the old west where things are a little slower and a little easier.

As you know I just adore Sedona and I make the most of all the time that I am there.

I take advantages of all that is presented to me and am open to new adventures. I hope you too, you find some fun things to do.

I highly suggest going out to Cottonwood and going on the Verde Valley Railroad. It is a four hour trip that is full of open space, beautiful scenery and an abundant fee buffet if you go first class. You can be indoors with seating or take a stroll outdoors to enjoy the scenery.

I also encourage you to head over to Garlands a shop that sells Native American items as well as jewerly. It is pricey...but worth looking. Also make sure that you walk into the little shops in Tlaquepaue. A great place to find some treasures and eat some fantastic food.

If you have any questions about fun things to do while in Sedona, contact me. I will help you in any way possible.

Many blessings for an abundant day,

Sedona Tours

Good Morning,
A new week as begun and I wish you many blessings and much love!
I hope that this will be a wonderful week with many new opportunities!
I see that many of you are traveling to new countries and visiting friends in other states. Please have safe travels and know that I am with you in spirit. As you know, I love traveling! I just returned from Europe where I spent 10 days cruising the Mediterranean~ Croatia, Greece, Turkey, and Italy! Then spent a week in Rome visiting all of the famous tourist spots, as well as full filling two things on my bucket list: an audience with the Pope and visiting Assisi!!!!!! I feel so blessed and I know that my life has changed because I was able to attain these two dreams in life. The Pope was within inches of me and I felt his Holy Presence and took in his special blessings for me and my many friends. I felt humbled to be there on that special June1 day. I will never forget the strong feelings and emotions I felt. Amazing! I know that my life will move in ease now and that all will come in perfect time and space. As for Assisi.....I love St.Francis and I have a huge statue in my yard in my meditation garden. I sit with"him" often in spirit and know that he opens my heart to pure love and being of service....so, to be there in that little town high up on the hill, I felt him touch me in spirit and told me to help others on the journey of life. He told me in my meditation there to be open and share the information that I have held close to the vest. And so my mission is now to help others more than ever. I feel a strong pull to let go of my needs and truly more of service!
All, in all, it was a most amazing trip! The weather was perfect, all the tours perfect, the people lovely, and the food excellent.....especially, gelato!

Now, time to plan my trip to Sedona, Az. Many people have signed up for the tour...thank you so very much. I most honored to share the many sights, information and spirit of the most beautiful sacred place in the USA! People from around the world travel to this distination to see the beautiful red rock, to experience the vibration, but more importantly, to feel the essence of who and what they are. It is said that whatever "emotion" you take to Sedona, will explode and expand. So, if you are traveling there, please, go with an open heart or at least be willing to meet with a coach, counselor, or spirit guide that will led you in a more positive direction and help you dissolve whatever you have been holding on to. If you need those kinds of services, please let me know as I have all of those credentials I have been working with people and their "challenges" for over 35 years... I know that makes me OLD! Oh well...I like to think I have more wisdom and knowledge. I honor my age! Anyhow, back to business......Sedona is going to be a wonderful opportunity for you, if you are attending Mary Jo's Retreat, you will lots of personal information, get centered, feel more joy, and rested and relaxed. It is going to be a most joyous time.....
I invite you to check out Mary Jo McCabe's website and sign up for this retreat. You will not be disappointed! You gain a great deal information and peace!
Looking forward to seeing YOU!

Many blessings and much love, darlene
