Good Thursday Morning to You!
The spring time is glorious here on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The days have been full of sunshine, low humidity and new life! New life is everywhere. Each night when I take my power walk, I take time to look at nature: the trees bursting with tiny buds, tulips and daffodils sharing their bright colors with the Universe and baby birds taking their first flights. Welcome abundance and creation!…..My heart actually over flows with joy as I see life creating and moving forward and letting go of what is no longer needed.
And so…..just like nature birthing and creating new life….may you too, see new things coming your way…new opportunities, more peace, more balance and setting aside the things that no longer feel good to you…..let them go….and allow that space to come alive with newness!
Today, take a few moments to see how your life is going and ask yourself if you are just going thru the motions of life or creating or bringing forth a life that is joyous and happy. How is your heart feeling? Is your heart holding a large space for love? If so….sing, dance and enjoy…..If not, close your eyes and just allow your breath to fill the void and plant new seeds of joy. Tap into your heart and connect to love that is eternally yours. Allow that love to grow and create the life you want.
